Outsmarted is a blast and fun for the whole family! The questions are harder than you think and completely not what you expect. Even switching it to towards the younger audience has little challenge if you’re not very familiar with the topics. Easy to learn, multiple pacing options and a great variety of topics to choose from and they are constantly releasing new topics. The design of the characters is cool and it would be great if they released more at some point to keep it fresh.
Our family has had such a great time playing Outsmarted! It’s become one of our go-to games for family nights, and it’s been a fun way to bond with our teenagers. We really like that we can play on our devices and then mirror the game to the TV so everyone can easily follow along. This is exactly what I wanted and expected. Anyone who says the questions are all U.K. or that the board and game pieces aren't used is NOT understanding the game play. Yes, you can play without the game board IF you choose the fully digital mode, but you can also play manually (rolling dice, moving pieces, and playing with the game board) - my fave!, using the app for questions only. This is a great game! I would say the only difficulty I had was casting it to my tv but that could have been issues with my phone/TV or user error.The app also had some glitches with freezing when trying to cast/refresh. But overall no issues once we got past the settings! So fun!
This game is fun and adapts to ages juniors, teen and adult. The ability for virtual play allows for game night even when your group cannot be physically together. I love the virtual game board.
