I finally decided to try this Play-Doh Advent Calendar after seeing my niece's excitement over a similar one last Christmas. I wanted to bring some creative fun into our daily routine leading up to her birthday. The countdown aspect was an instant hit with her; she loved opening each door to find new Play-Doh tools and colors, making the 14 days fly by.
My favorite part was seeing her imagination take flight with all the accessories – she spent hours making 'pizzas' with the cutters and stamper, then 'cooking' them in her toy kitchen. The variety of tools really kept things fresh each day.
One minor critique would be that some of the smaller pieces, like the mini erasers, were a bit too small for her little hands to handle independently. But overall, it was a wonderful way to bond and create something new together every day.
