The specs caught my attention because of the variety offered by the four molds and nine colors, promising a plethora of creative possibilities. After two weeks of testing, I found that the Play-Doh Make & Style Ponies Set truly delivered on its promise. The molds were detailed enough to capture the essence of each pony type - Earth, Pegasus, Unicorn, and Princess. My daughter's favorite was creating her own customized designs, which she could do with ease thanks to the half-mold palette for adding cutie marks, rainbow manes, and tails.
One specific aspect I appreciated was how the Play-Doh held its shape impressively well after being molded, allowing for intricate details that retained their definition even when handling it gently. However, a minor critique would be the size of the pony molds.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Really cute set! 4 year old grand daughter LOVES all things pony and these were awesome and the way you use the molds with the little pony statue is genius! I’m really not sure who enjoyed it more, the grand or her Mom, lol. Kept them busy for a good while. Impressed with the amount of play dough that came with it, and how fresh and pliable it was.. great price too, highly recommend.
We love this. The tools are sturdy and can handle the pressure to create the styles advertised. The ponies are fairly straightforward to make and my 4 year old is nearly independent with the mold process. Would highly recommend! Great set!
I should start by saying this is super solid and my 5 year old loved it! Honestly, so did my 7,9, and 11 year olds! If you look over the description it is exactly what it advertises. We had fun making ponies!If you're expecting your little ponies to look just like the package you'll be a bit disappointed. My almost 4yo LOVES Play-Doh & this set did not disappoint!! Large color variety with a really unique set of molds that are easy for little hands🩷 I originally bought this to take on our beach vacation as a potential rainy day activity. Since we did not have any rain… she had a new toy when we returned home & has been playing with it every day. Love the way different Play-Doh sets can all come together to foster imagination!
