After using this SwaddleDesigns transitional swaddle sack for a few weeks, I found it to be a game-changer in managing my newborn's sleep. The arms-up design has been brilliant; it keeps her snug and secure while preventing her from startling herself awake with those involuntary arm flails. This meant more restful nights for both of us. However, the Velcro tabs could be slightly bigger for easier fastening during late-night diaper changes in low light.
