Our Experience
Finally replaced my dusty ol' Codenames with The Chameleon, and I'm not looking back! My friends and I were craving something fresh, easy to pick up, but still offered that suspenseful gameplay we loved. Well, this bluffing board game delivered just that. Three weeks in, and we've had a blast! It's like a high-stakes game of telephone - everyone knows the secret word except one poor soul who's got the chameleon card. The tension as we try to figure out who it is without giving ourselves away? Priceless. I love how it keeps you on your toes, constantly second-guessing yourself and others. One thing I particularly loved was how quick and easy it is to learn and play. Even with a few newbies in the group, we were up and running in minutes.

I got the smaller version of this game that included 96 extra words, and I really liked it! I have to say it’s definitely best to play with a bigger group of people, when there’s only three or four players it gets boring and too easy. Definitely the more the merrier, it’s loads of fun.
