I was initially doubtful it could match the power of my old electric pump, but I'm pleasantly surprised by its efficiency. I can comfortably express enough milk in just 15 minutes, which has been a lifesaver during nap times. However, the bottle's slow flow nipple took some getting used to for my four-month-old; she preferred her usual fast-flow nipples.
