I needed something that could handle daily use during my third trimester, and this Queen Rose pregnancy pillow did just that. It's a great length at 55 inches, it stretches from my head right down to my knees, providing full-body support. I loved how it kept its shape even after weeks of nightly use.

One thing I noticed was that the fabric can get a bit hot during the night. It's not a deal-breaker, but I've had to throw off the removable cover occasionally to cool down. Overall though, this pillow has made a world of difference in my sleep comfort during pregnancy.
